TICKET OFFICE INFORMATION
The LSU Athletics Ticket Office at Alex Box Stadium opens two hours prior to first pitch and is located near Gate 2.
The main ticket office is located on the first floor of the LSU Athletic Administration Building on the corner of Nicholson Drive and North Stadium Drive. It is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, except on university-observed holidays.

The Alex Box Suites are among the finest offered by intercollegiate athletic programs in the country and include the following features and amenities:

ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Stadium Access
There are two elevators located inside of Gate 2, which provide suite holders exclusive access to their suites. Suite holders and their guests may also enter via the stairs on both the East and West ends of the stadium. These stairs may be accessed from Gates 1 and 3, respectively.
Admission Requirements
Admission to Alex Box Suites requires a game ticket except for children three years of age and under. All tickets will be scanned by stadium personnel at the ground level entrance.
Once a ticket holder arrives at the suite level, a team member will revalidate each suite ticket and apply a thermal stamp to each guests hand. This thermal stamp and validated ticket will be required for re-entry to the suite level.
All guests may leave the suite level and travel throughout all public areas inside Alex Box Stadium. To re-enter the suite level, a guest must provide his/her validated ticket stub and show his/her stamped hand.
Suite holders and their guests are not authorized to enter the Champions Club without a valid ticket for that space.
FOOD
Menu Information
You will receive menu offerings throughout the regular season via email. Please review menu selections and place an order before the specified deadline.
For each home game, suite holders may order the Designed Hitter, the Tiger Package or A La Carte. Additionally, there will be a limited selection of items available for order on game day.

We cannot guarantee fulfillment of any catering orders submitted after the specified deadline.
Substitutions are not available, but special requests may be accommodated at an additional charge to the suite holder. To make a special request, please contact the Director of Premium Seating.
Additional Servicing and Staffing
Our hospitality team members will be positioned throughout the suite level for assistance, if needed.
Each suite holder may hire a personal attendant exclusive to their suite. Upon request, arrangements for a personal attendant may be made through the Director of Premium Seating, who will invoice the suite holder for this service.
Any personal attendant not employed by the caterer must be provided with an unused, unvalidated suite ticket by the suite holder.
Janitorial staff and maintenance personnel will be on-site to assist with operations.
It is required that all guests be aware of these policies to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of the Alex Box Suites. A credit card will be required as payment at the time the game day order is placed. Prior to the season, suite holders will identify persons authorized to charge their credit cards for game day orders. Individuals who are not authorized will be asked for payment.

BOX SUITES
Beverage Order Form
BEVERAGES
The Beverage Order Form will be sent to suite holders prior to the start of the season. Offerings include a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, liquor, wine, beer and mixers. The caterer will ice down beverages before the arrival of your guests on game day.
There are two options available for in-suite beverage service:
Pre-Order Service
Beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are stocked only once and to the level indicated on the order form. You may place additional orders at any time, but please allow three business days for your order to be filled.
Valet Service
Beverages (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be stocked before every home baseball game to the quantity selected, or par level. The suite holder will be billed following each restocking and only for those items that need to be refilled. The par level can be changed at any time.
A limited selection of alcohol will be available for purchase on game day.

Pregame
CATERING TIMELINE
If a suite holder places a beverage order, items will be iced prior to the suite opening.
In suites where food and beverages are ordered, caterer will place plates, cups, utensils and napkins before the suite holder arrives.
If a suite holder would like to request an addition to their menu, the Director of Premium Seating must be notified within 72 Hours of the scheduled first pitch.
Game Time
All pre-ordered food will be delivered to the suites between gates opening and first pitch. Catering services, such as the removal of used plates and utensils, will be provided during game hours.
Your suite attendant will be available to accept additional orders from the game day menu, if desired.
Post Game
All remaining non-disposable items will be gathered and washed by the caterer. We kindly ask you not to store these item in your individual suites.
All disposable items such as used cups, plates, trash and plastic food covers will be removed and thrown away.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY ALEX BOX SUITES
Menu Information
If the weather forecast predicts a high chance of rain that may postpone or delay a game, suite holders may choose to hold their food from being delivered prior to first pitch. Such requests must be submitted to Director of Premium Seating five (5) hours prior to first pitch via email or telephone.
Please note that if suite holders elect to hold their food, and the game is not postponed, it may take up to 60 minutes for catering to deliver such food upon request of the suite holder.
If a suite holder does not elect to hold the food and it is placed in the suite, the suite holder is responsible for catering charges.
No charges will occur if food is not placed in suite.
Game Information
If game operations chooses to postpone or reschedule a game due to inclement weather, specific details regarding ticketing and parking will be announed via email as soon as they are confirmed.
POSTSEASON
Ticket Information
At the conclusion of regular season play, Alex Box Stadium may have the opportunity to host NCAA Regional and/or Super Regional Baseball Tournaments. All suite holders will have the first right of refusal to lease their suites for postseason tournaments. For more information, please contact the Director of Premium Seating.
Menu Information
Suite holders will receive postseason tournament menus as the regular season concludes. The Director of Premium Seating must receive menu selections one week prior to tournament play.
For Regional Tournament Games, suite holders will have the option to pre-order food for all games, LSU and non-LSU games. Catering forms will include a time of delivery which must be selected on each menu submitted. Specific times and opponents will be announced as the tournament progresses, and suite holders may be given the opportunity to change the delivery time of their orders. In the event that LSU does not advance through the tournament, orders may not be canceled. A limited number of selections will also be available to order on game day.
For Super Regional Tournament Games, suite holders may order food for all three potential games. If a third game is not necessary, suite holders will not be charged for food ordered for that game.
Suite Clean Out Days
Following the final home game of the season, there will be two opportunities to clean out all personal items in the suites in preparation for the off-season. These dates will follow immediately after the close of the season. Specific times and dates will be announced as the season concludes.
The Tiger Athletic Foundation is not responsible for personal items left in the suite during the off-season.
The refrigerators are turned off after suite clean-out days, and all items in the refrigerator are removed.
If food or beverage items are left in the suite after suite servicing, they will be discarded or donated to charity.
ACCOMODATIONS ALEX BOX SUITES
ADA Provisions
Each suite is equipped with two seats that may be converted from standard seating to wheelchair-accessible seating.
To coordinate ADA seating, please contact the Director of Premium Seating 72 hours prior to the applicable home game. After the Director of Premium Seating receives a ADA seating request, the proper facilities personnel at LSU will remove two outdoor stadium seats to allow for one wheelchair.
It is important to note that one less stadium seat will be available when the wheelchair seating is utilized.
First Aid
A first aid station is located on the Concourse Level (Level 2) behind home plate. If someone requires assistance, contact the nearest law enforcement officer or hospitality team member nearby. The station has trained first aid staff and doctors to provide assistance. Advanced emergency assistance is immediately available, when needed.
The Tiger Athletic Foundation makes no guarantees, warranties or other assurances with respect to response times, the availability of personnel services or the quality or appropriateness of services rendered. The Tiger Athletic Foundation shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of or related in any way to the availability of first aid volunteers or the care rendered by first aid volunteers and other personnel.
Special Deliveries
The Director of Premium Seating for Alex Box Suites will be available to assist with special orders and delivery arrangements such as birthday cakes or flowers. To guarantee delivery, special requests need to be placed at least three days before the event date.
ALEX BOX SUITES
RULES & REGULATIONS
• Suite holders’ rights of use in the suites are subject to terms stated in the Donor Use Contract. The following Rules and Regulations may be supplemented and amended without prior notice to suite holders.
• Alex Box Suites will be used only during LSU home baseball games and specified events approved by the Tiger Athletic Foundation and the LSU Athletic Department.
• Suite holders may not make alterations, additions or improvements without obtaining the permission of the Tiger Athletic Foundation. Written requests may be submitted to the Director of Premium Seating for approval.
• Alex Box Suites may not be used for overnight accommodations.
• Microwave ovens and/or any type of cooking unit are not permitted in the suites.
• Video cameras are not permitted in the Alex Box Suites except for the working news media.
• All special requests, catering or otherwise, must be submitted in writing to the Director of Premium Seating for approval.
• Suite holders agree to maintain the suite in good condition and to reimburse the Tiger Athletic Foundation for any damage done to the suite by the owner or guests other than ordinary wear and tear.
• The suites may not be used for any unlawful purpose.
• All suite holders are requested to respect the rights of other suite holders and ensure that all activities conducted in the suite area are done so in a thoughtful and courteous manner.
• All alcoholic beverages must remain on the third level, except beer and wine.
• The suite holder is responsible for securing personal items in the locking cabinetry. Suite holders are discouraged from utilizing locking cabinetry to store valuables of any kind and are advised that except when in use by suite holders, the suites and personal items in the suites may be subject to significant variations in temperature and humidity which may result in damage to personal items.
• An unused, unvalidated suite game ticket is required for all persons above three years of age, including hired workers. Children three years of age and under do not require a game ticket.
• Minors attending the game must remain in the suites, unless accompanied by an adult to other areas and then chaperoned at all times while outside of their individual suites.
RULES & REGULATIONS
• Smoking and the use of all tobacco products on the LSU Campus is prohibited. The prohibition applies to all individuals while on the LSU campus, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, contractors, and visitors. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff, pipes, and chewing tobacco are not permitted. On August 1, 2014, LSU became tobacco free, in accordance with the governor’s “Well-Ahead” program. The Louisiana legislature has implemented a smoke-free requirement for all state university property, and all public post-secondary institutions in Louisiana must be in compliance. All of LSU’s athletic facilities are considered public buildings under this statute. Additionally, a public place also covers sports arenas, educational facilities and any enclosed areas to which the public is invited. Electronic cigarettes create the appearance of smoking, which can be misinterpreted by others.
• Access to other public areas of the stadium is permitted. All guests must provide an Alex Box Suites ticket and stamped hand to move freely to and from the suite level.
• Suite holders are not permitted to enter the Champions Club without a valid ticket for the space.
• No outside food or beverage is to be brought into the suites. Special orders must be coordinated with the Director of Premium Seating within 72 hours prior to each home game. Charges incurred for special orders are to be paid by suite holder.
• Storage of flammable materials is forbidden; candles are not allowed.
• NCAA rules typically prohibit the presence of “prospects” or enrolled student-athletes in the University’s priority seating areas (i.e. Alex Box Suites) or press box during a baseball game. Should you have any questions about whether an individual may be a prospect, please contact the LSU Compliance Office at (225) 578-4100.
• It is necessary that suite holders and guests refrain from offering hospitality team members food or beverages before, during or after games.
• Tipping is not expected.
• The above rules and regulations are subject to alterations based on requirements and policies established by LSU, the SEC and the NCAA.
COMMERCIAL & POLITICAL ACTIVITY
As a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation, TAF must limit the use of its property for commercial and political purposes. Please note that commercial, nonprofit and political activities including the solicitation of signatures for petitions, distribution of commercial or campaign materials and the placement or display of commercial or political signage in public areas associated with the Alex Box Suites, Champions Club and Field Level Loges (including entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, elevators, exterior doors and stadium seating areas), are prohibited.
We ask you to remember that our premium seating guests are in attendance to enjoy the company of their friends and family in the exciting atmosphere of Alex Box Stadium. Premium seating ticket holders are of course free to invite government officials and candidates for office as their guests, but please be considerate and remember most of our guests are in attendance to watch the game.
