TICKET OFFICE INFORMATION
The LSU Athletics Ticket Will Call and Resolution Center at Alex Box Stadium opens two hours prior to first pitch and is located between Gates 2 and 3.
The LSU Athletics Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the LSU Athletics Administration Building. The Athletics Administration Building is on the corner of Nicholson Drive and North Stadium Drive, in Lot 101. The LSU Athletics Ticket Office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday, except on university-observed holidays.
TICKET RESALE POLICY
LSU Athletics tickets are revocable licenses, and LSU may revoke tickets for any reason, at the University’s discretion. These ticket licenses do not confer any property right to the ticket holder. Ticket holders are advised that LSU and TAF may cancel or revoke tickets for certain conduct including, but not limited to, the following:
• the resale of, or attempted resale of, tickets in violation of state law or contrary to terms of premium seating contracts;
• any form of fraudulent activity or violations of rules and regulations;
• the purchase of tickets for the purpose and intent of reselling the tickets on the secondary market;
• and the use of tickets for sweepstakes, contests and/or promotions without the prior written consent from LSU and/or TAF.

Use LSU’s free electronic Ticket Forwarding to share your tickets with a friend of your choice. It is easy, fast and safe, and you can do it without leaving your house.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission requires a valid game ticket, except for children three and under. All tickets will be scanned by stadium personnel at the gate of entry. All persons and items entering are subject to inspection. Upon arrival to the Field Level Loge, a hospitality team member will revalidate each ticket and issue a game-specific wristband to allow for re-entry. No fan, under any circumstances, without the proper identifying ticket will be permitted into the Field Level Loge. Fans are not allowed to exchange tickets or wristbands at any time.
Field Level Loge ticket holders and their guests are not authorized to enter the Champions Club, Tiger Terraces or Alex Box Suites without a valid ticket for those areas.
ADA ACCOMODATIONS
To coordinate ADA Seating, please contact the Director of Premium Seating. Row B of the First Base Field Level Loge is accessible by wheelchair. Each individual loge box has a removable chair to accomodate fans in need. If necessary to allow for ADA Accommodations on Row B, a ticket exchange may be discussed.
MEDICAL & FIRST AID
If someone requires assistance, contact the nearest law enforcement officer or working team member. Acadian Ambulance has trained emergency medical technicians on-site to provide assistance. If necessary, call 911.
The Tiger Athletic Foundation makes no guarantees, warranties or other assurances with respect to response times, the availability of personnel services or the quality or appropriateness of services rendered. The Tiger Athletic Foundation shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of or related in any way to the availability of first aid volunteers or the care rendered by first aid volunteers and other personnel.
LOST/MISSING PERSONS & MIKE’S TIGER TAGS
Please find the nearest team member or law enforcement officer. They will stay with you until the missing person is found. Mike’s Tiger Tags are available at all guest services kiosks for fans to give to children or those individuals with special needs.
COMMERCIAL & POLITICAL ACTIVITY
As a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation, TAF must limit the use of its property for commercial and political purposes. Please note that commercial, nonprofit and political activities including the solicitation of signatures for petitions, distribution of commercial or campaign materials and the placement or display of commercial or political signage in public areas associated with the Alex Box Suites, Champions Club and Field Level Loges (including entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, elevators, exterior doors and stadium seating areas), are prohibited.
We ask you to remember that our premium seating guests are in attendance to enjoy the company of their friends and family in the exciting atmosphere of Alex Box Stadium. Premium seating ticket holders are of course free to invite government officials and candidates for office as their guests, but please be considerate and remember most of our guests are in attendance to watch the game.

The LSU SportShop, a Fanatics Experience, located next to Mike the Tiger’s Habitat is open Monday through Saturday. At Alex Box Stadium, you can find satellite locations located near the Hall of Fame on the third base ground level concourse or behind home plate on the second level concourse. Fans away from campus can order from the Official Online Store, LSUshop.net.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
Field Level Loge ticket holders should note that while barrier netting provides some protection against objects entering loge areas, it does not ensure complete protection in all situations. Guests should maintain awareness of play on the field and in the batter’s box to protect themselves against hazards posed by errant throws, foul balls, broken bats and other risks associated with the game. Guests should also avoid placing themselves, concessions and other property in close proximity to the barrier netting.
RESPECTING SIGHTLINES
To ensure all fans enjoy the game to the fullest, we kindly ask that you remain mindful and respectful of those seated in the bleachers behind the Field Level Loge. Standing for extended periods, gathering in walkways or visiting with others in a way that obstructs the view of the game is not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the best atmosphere for the Greatest Fans in College Baseball
IN-SEAT SERVICE
Field Level Loge ticket holders can enjoy the convenience of in-seat service as part of their premium experience. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase food and drink through their loge server. This perk extends beyond traditional food and beverage service as our dedicated team members are always eager and happy to help deliver memorable game days with a concierge-like experience. If we can ever assist you on game day, please do not hesitate to let us know.
It is important to note that in-seat service will end at the conclusion of the 7th Inning.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Fans must be of the legal age to purchase and consume an alcoholic beverage. All guests are required to show valid identification to purchase alcohol. The possession or consumption of alcohol not sold in the venue is expressly prohibited. Violation of these rules or disruptive/disorderly conduct will result in removal from the venue. Beverage service personnel adhere to city-parish and state law and retain the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Stadium personnel and law enforcement agencies will monitor fan behavior. Ejection without refund or refusal of sale or consumption of alcohol could result for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
• unruly, disruptive or illegal behavior;
• giving alcoholic beverages to a minor;
• public intoxication or impairment;
• abusive or offensive language or gestures;
• throwing of any objects;
• failure to follow stadium and/or law enforcement personnel instruction;
• and any other conduct deemed inappropriate by stadium personnel or law enforc
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. We do not accept cash. However, fans are welcome to exchange cash for a pre-loaded debit card at the cash-to-card kiosk located behind home plate on the second level concourse. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer charge accounts at this time.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If game operations chooses to postpone or reschedule a game due to inclement weather, specific details regarding ticketing and parking will be announed via email as soon as they are confirmed.

RULES & REGULATIONS
In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all ticket holders and guests, please remember the following guidelines. Ticket holders not adhering to rules and regulations may be addressed by stadium personnel.
• The Field Level Loge patrons’ rights are subject to the Terms and Conditions, as stated in the Field Level Loge Seating Contract, and the Rules and Regulations which may be supplemented and amended without prior notice.
• Field Level Loge patrons agree not to damage, deface, or remove any property.
• The Field Level Loge may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Field Level Loge privileges may be revoked, suspended or conditioned in the event that the member or the members’ guests engage in activity which is illegal or in the judgment of the Tiger Athletic Foundation’s Executive Committee is detrimental to LSU, Tiger Athletic Foundation or its members.
• Inappropriate conduct, including verbal abuse of players, coaches and other fans is strictly prohibited and may result in ejection from games and loss of ticket rights.
• All Field Level Loge members are requested to respect the rights of other members and ensure that all activities conducted are done so in a thoughtful and courteous manner.
• NCAA rules prohibit the presence of “prospects” or enrolled student-athletes in the University’s premium seating areas (i.e. Alex Box Suites, Field Level Loge, and Champions Club) or press box during a baseball game. Should you have any questions about whether an individual may be a prospect, please contact the LSU Compliance Office at (225) 578-4100.
• Field Level Loge patrons shall obey all directives of TAF, LSU, law enforcement and security personnel with respect to conduct occurring in the Field Level Loge.
• Field Level Loge patrons are responsible for the behavior of minors using tickets to attend games. Children should be chaperoned at all times and are not allowed to roam around the Field Level Loge without supervision. We are concerned about the safety of all guests, especially children. Unacceptable behavior such as running, jumping or climbing on furniture, throwing balls, or any other behavior that is disrespectful to other fans and/or Field Level Loge property is not permitted.
• Field Level Loge members are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their guests. A guest’s failure to adhere to any of the rules and regulations outlined in the Field Level Loge Policy Manual can affect the member’s rights including their good standing as a TAF Member.
• Field Level Loge members are required to familiarize themselves and their guests with all the rules and regulations, policies and procedures applicable and to ensure that their guests comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, policies, and procedures.
• TAF and LSU are not responsible for personal items left in the Field Level Loge.
• The above rules and regulations are subject to alterations based on requirements and policies established by LSU, the SEC, and NCAA.
