Guide to playing Pyramid solitaire Playing the game of pyramid solitaire is one of the nicest ways to relax online. It is just one of those classic card games that let you sit back, relax and give your brain an enjoyable workout. The sitting back and relaxing part of the workout is what makes is so much nicer.

How to play Pyramid solitaire To play the game you need to use a bit of your maths skills along with your knowledge of solitaire and you are good to go‌ and of course a little bit of thinking ahead, but we will get to that part a little later. The idea behind the game is very simple, but mastering of the game takes a bit longer. At its very core your goal is to remove all of the cards in the cards. Although there are a number of variations of the game, this stays constant.

Right at the start of a pyramid solitaire game The game starts out with the cards stacked in a pyramid with all of the cards face down except for the bottom row which will be facing up. Starting with the row of uncovered cards you need to group them together to make a total of 13. Once you have a total of 13, you can remove both cards. The card values you see on the numbered cards are the same, while the King =13, the Queen = 12, the Jack =11 and the Ace = 1. So you might ask how it works then with the King, which already carries a value of 13. The King is the exception to the rule and you remove it on its own. All the rest of the cards need to be paired to get to a total of 13. That is why it’s the King!
