Word from the chairman

Dear participant,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Amsterdam Career Days 2025. This year marks a special milestone, as we celebrate the 30th edition of our event. For this lustrum year, we are creating an even more well-rounded and enriching experience for every participant.

Over the past thirty years, the Amsterdam Career Days has grown to become the leading career event in the Netherlands. Each year, we host up to 2000 students and 80 companies, organizing more than 150 activities over the course of one week. Our mission has remained consistent throughout: to connect Amsterdam’s aspiring young professionals with top companies across a wide range of sectors, providing them with the opportunity to explore the job market and helping companies discover talented young professionals.

The Amsterdam Career Days proudly welcomes companies and students from across the globe. This diversity is, in my view, one of the greatest strengths of our event. This year, we once again welcome a wide range of companies from around the world. This provides job opportunities not only in the Dutch market but also on a global scale.

The upcoming event offers unmatched opportunities - be sure to make the most of them! Before attending, set a goal and identify the companies you want to connect with. Apply for and participate in as many activities as possible. Whether your aim is to explore exciting traineeships or to network with company representatives, the Amsterdam Career Days supports everyone in their professional journey.

This year, the event has once again found its way back to Hotel Casa. Its spaciousness, learning spots, and central location makes it a well-liked location for our event. We are delighted to welcome you here for a third time.

We are excited to introduce new features that will make the event more well-rounded for everyone. You may already have noticed our brand-new website, designed to provide a user-friendly experience and make finding information easier than ever. Additionally, for the first time, we will be hosting a Speaker’s Event in collaboration with Room for Discussion that I highly recommend attending.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to my fellow ACD colleagues. This group of dedicated and enthusiastic people has once again made this event the best of its kind.

We are looking forward to celebrating this special event with all of you!

All the best,

The 30th committee

Main partners

The idea of main partners in the context of the ACD is to create a unique opportunity for companies to engage with students on a more exclusive level. This is done by having five main partners, one of which is present each day of the event and hosting a main partner drink at the end of the day. This drink serves as an opportunity for the company to showcase their product, industry, or services and meet with students in an informal setting.

The main partner drink is designed to be a way for the company to stand out from the other exhibiting companies, as well as to make a strong impression on the students who attend the ACD. By hosting the drink, the company has the exclusive opportunity to connect with students and make a lasting impression on them. This is a great way for the company and students to build relationships with potential future employees or partners.

The main partner drink also offers the chance for the company to discuss the latest industry trends, share their successes, and demonstrate the value of their business. This allows the company to further highlight their unique offerings and demonstrate why they are the best choice for potential students.

By having five main partners at the Amsterdam Career Days, the event offers the opportunity to build relationships with a variety of different companies and students.
