In March of that year, he started building an authentic, artistically inspired Japanese restaurant with his own bare hands. Soon after construction, he opened Sushi Kingz, which is now a world famous 24-hour sushi restaurant in the heart of Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard. Over the years Sushi Kingz has acquired a loyal and diverse customer base, due to Cairos’ proficiency as a business owner. Applying his morals and ethics, his ventures in business and in the community led him to establish an independent record label called Artist Resurrection. ANGEL ROCHELLE Angel Rochelle was born on September 29, 1992 in Phoenix, Arizona; the middle daughter of seven kids. Music was and still is an immovable force in her life. At the age of seven, Angel and her family moved to North Hollywood, California. At one of her first performances, Angel performed a solo in front of her summer camp. After being asked for a second encore, she understood there could be a place for her when it came to entertainment. Surrounded by temple hymns and country music, her grandmas oldies and her mothers love for acoustic folk songs, Angel was not exposed to main- stream media until she entered public school in fourth grade. By that time, her friends were already listening to Brittany Spears, Beyonce, and N sync, Angel’s younger sister, Shira, was born with Asbergers- a high functioning form of autism. A program unlike many in Los Angeles was created to help children like Shira with a way to relate to other people through music and live theater, as they typically spent a lot of time to themselves. The creator of this program, Elaine Katz, knew it was important to share the story of this project, from start to finish. The program was filmed and in 2006, Autism, The Musical was entered in the Sundance film festival, where it received worldwide recognition. As a representative of The Miracle Project, and all the families that were involved, Angel was able to host and perform at the viewing in Paramount Studios. Her peers and directors became important role models, teaching her the importance of following her passion, with a reminder to always persevere, no matter what the obstacles may be. In the middle of her junior year, Angel’s family was evicted from their home and were moved to Sedona, Arizona, with the help of her family. Angel was 16 when she wrote her first song, Hope. The lyrics, “if times get rough, if you feel like giving up, no matter what, the sun will keep shining, even if it’s hidden beneath the clouds” inspired her to reach out to friends and family in California, where they blessed her with the opportunity to return to a place that she knew would give her a platform to reach her dreams. CHEVY J Chevy J (born Sharveal Johnson in Chicago, December 6, 1991) is a natural singer, rapper, actor, model and inspirational writer. An emerging artist who encompasses all genres, Chevy J has opened up for E-40 at his album release, was featured in Macy Grey’s “Smoke Two Joints” video and recent Gwen Stefani “Settle Down” video. Background: The eldest child three siblings, Chevy J was raised by a 14 year old single mother. Lacking a father and present mother, he was raised by his great-grandmother who introduced him to his voice, and he quickly began to carve out his identity as a performer, beginning at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist church. J-ROCK Born and raised in Illinois, J Rock, Jason Scott Froman, was inspired into music composition at the age of 16. He transferred his emotions originally through art, but then to the guitar, given to him by his grandfather. When he gave it to him his last words, ”learn how to play guitar, it will set your soul free,” left a continuously growing impression on him, as he learned to release emotion by playing guitar, piano, and later vocally. He had always had the dream of being a rock star and playing for a big audience, so he pursued the opportunity with and when fellow artist of the label, Hawk, traveled to Hollywood to follow the same path. With little to no belongings, he had to struggle with his living situation for a couple years. In Hollywood meeting the right person or being in the right place at the right time is usually a life changing experience. He just happened to be in a 7eleven and met Angel Rochelle, the label’s top female artist. They became good friends and over time she introduced him to the label. His music ambition grew exponentially since he had not covered many other artists’ music. His music theory had been mostly compiled by his father’s music and self taught. He realized that Artist Resurrection was perfect for him, since it’s artists, engineers, and production had helped him structure his music. J Rock utilized his faith in order to overcome many of life’s setbacks. His music inspires him to set new goals and discover an inner passion of hard work and dedication. His ability to freestyle a wide range of emotions allows his direction in music to surpass the expectations of his audience. He passionately commands attention during his performances.

HAWK Through all the hardships from poverty to being homeless, to the loss of friends and loved ones, he refused to lay down and give up. This is the story of “Hawk” aka Jeremiah Adam Hand. The youngest of three siblings, born into a musically talented family in Tennessee, he quickly found his path. As a young child he had a great love for music. truly inspired to do whatever it took to lean as many instruments to the fullest of his potential. By age 5 he picked up beats on drums. “they always just played in my head.” then with his ambition, he decided to play the guitar. His father, Brian Hand, gave him his first guitar at the age of 10. a deep purple Washburn Maverick series, the guitar that started it all. He quickly picked up the skills that it takes to amaze people with his guitar. It was then that he decided that this is what he was meant for. he started teaching himself new techniques that would drop people’s jaws. He knew the stage was meant for him, but it was not easy getting there. Born into a lower class family of financial problems and drug addiction. Although, his father was a very hard worker and always made sure his family was together and alive, work was scarce as a construction worker. Because of this it was hard for Hawk to reach his goals that he wanted to achieve. “I have experienced real poverty, death, and what it is like to have to starve. It was not easy growing up as a child. But he says his family was truly rich in “love”. Growing up he jumped from shelter to friend of family. Even though he had nowhere to go, he was inspired to journey to Hollywood to pursue his music career. He arrived in Hollywood homeless, but within time he used his unique charisma and hard work ethic and met Cairos’ label. He was truly inspired by his “greatness comes from nothing,” as he had nothing but his compassion, musical talent, and ambition. He has established himself within the label and climbed the ladder to be Artist Resurrection’s top rock artist.
