OUR CULTURE
Living the core through our mission, values and competencies To positively impact our team members and the communities we serve So “What does Live the Core mean?” The core of Thompson Thrift encompasses our Mission, Core Values, and Core Competencies. These three aspects make up the culture of Thompson Thrift—why we do what we do, our guiding principles, and the behaviors we are all striving to achieve. At Thompson Thrift, our Mission Statement isn’t something that we simply put on the wall. We live it every day by making a positive impact and serving our communities in our work and personal life. As a company, we are successful due to our individual and collective efforts and by Living the Core!

ANNUAL MEETING 2022 RECAP
Values In Motion Thompson Thrift hosted the 2022 Annual Meeting in Indianapolis on Tuesday, February 8th. Team members attended both inperson and virtually via Zoom, and a handful of our communities hosted Live Watch Parties for everyone to come together. The Thompson Thrift Annual Meeting is a time to share information, connect as a team and celebrate our successes. During the meeting, team members addressed market trends, company goals for 2022, opportunities and challenges, new initiatives, TT Serve wins, and much more. With the Annual Meeting theme Values in Motion, stories of our team members demonstrating Excellence, Service, and Leadership were shared and recognized. Paul Thrift elaborated on how our values are always in motion, and we have to be moving, changing, and individually seeking improvement to reach tomorrow’s excellence. It was a wonderful interactive, informative, and celebratory day!

Watermark at Urban Blu Watermark at Urban Blu is a Class “A” community with superior finishes and amenities compared to the vast majority of the competition in the market. Since 2010, there have only been two Class “A” apartment communities constructed in the market (528 units), both of which are over six miles west of Urban Blu’s location, further from the vast majority of the workforce in the market. Urban Blu is nestled between the two main thoroughfares for the entire market, Highway 98 (Back Beach Rd.) and Front Beach Rd. and has access points to both streets, offering unparalleled access to employment and amenities within the metro area.
