In November 2024, a team of 13 Thompson Thrift team members and guests traveled to Guatemala for a Vision Trip, supported by ICM (International Church Ministries).
During the trip, the team visited six church projects, including two ribbon-cutting ceremonies for newly copleted churches and three potential projects that Thompson Thrift could potentially fund. While visiting the churches, the team danced and made bracelets with the children, distributed gifts and toys, helped lead worship, and even played a friendly soccer match against a church team. The team also took time to explore Guatemala’s stunning scenery, including a boat tour of Lake Atitlan.
