Tom began his career at the tender age of 20 and learnt early on that if you put the interest of your client first, everything falls into place. For over 7 years, he successfully sold and auctioned real estate on the Bellarine Peninsula. Tom’s approach to working for his clients was instilled in him from the family’s traditions in real estate as well as his previous experience in hospitality, event management and advertising sales.
Tonia strives for excellence. Her aim is to negotiate the best outcome for her clients while providing the best service. That is why she has consistently achieved record results in her time at Cayzer. Tonia grew up in a Sydney real estate family and started her career in the industry as an executive PA where she fast became involved in the entire sales process. Her real estate experience has been honed in the markets of City of Port Phillip, Stonnington and Boroondara.
Tom also studied Graphic Design and gained valuable life experiences through periods of living and working overseas.
