GENERAL INFORMATION

One-Day Tours: For one-day tours, full payment is due within seven days of making a reservation. If a guest elects to purchase Travel Insurance, the insurance cost is due within seven days of making a reservation.

Prices are per person, per trip and include all round trip transportation, accommodations, meals, entertainment, admissions, tour escorts, guides, taxes and gratuities as per the unique itinerary of each trip, unless otherwise stated.

Multiple-Day Tours: For multiple-day tours, a 50% per person deposit is due within seven days of making a reservation. Balance is then due 90 days prior to departure. If a guest elects to purchase Travel Insurance, the insurance cost is due within seven days of making a reservation.

It is the travelers’ responsibility to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure at designated departure locations. Any guest not arriving in time for departure may be left behind. The Upper Class, LLC assumes no responsibility for guests arriving late or to the wrong departure point.

Payments may be made by MasterCard, Visa, or by sending a check or money order. All rates are guaranteed upon payment or deposit.

Day 1: Blue Ridge Mountains (D) Journey to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, meeting new friends along the way. Your trip will kick off with a welcome reception and dinner at Graze on Main, featuring food with a southern twist! Relax tonight at the Fairfield Inn in Wytheville.

Hotel, the perfect place to relax for the next three nights. Sing along with the wait staff tonight during dinner at the Opry Backstage Grill. This evening, enjoy a show at the Grand Ole Opry, a Nashville landmark! The signature sounds of country music is sure to get your toes tapping!

Day 2: Memphis (B, D) The music awaits you in Memphis! Arriving in Memphis, check into the elegant Crowne Plaza Downtown, your home for the next two nights. Tonight, stroll famous Beale Street, Memphis’ historic entertainment district, buzzing with live music and the glow of city lights. Tap your feet to the live entertainment during dinner.

Day 5: Music City USA (B, L) Tour Music City with your local guide! See the Ryman Auditorium, the State Capitol, Music Row and the Parthenon. During lunch at the Wildhorse Saloon, meet a real country music songwriter! The fun doesn’t stop until you’re out on the dance floor for the famous Wildhorse line dancing lesson! Next, journey through time at the Country Music Hall of Fame, the largest of its kind in the world. Later, tour the historic RCA Studio B for an upclose look at Nashville’s oldest remaining record studio where Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Charlie Pride once recorded some of their hits! Learn the secrets of how each artist recorded their chart topping music in this famous studio, where you may even have the opportunity to record your own hit!

Day 3: Memphis & Graceland (B, L) After breakfast, meet your local guide for a tour of fascinating City on the Bluff, forever linked to cotton and music. Tour Sun Studios, the “Birthplace of Rock N’ Roll!” Hear outtakes from sessions, touch Elvis’ first microphone, and hear the story of the studio that launched the careers of Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley & more!
