This was my “first trip with

The Upper Class and everything was wonderful!

Day 1: Newport and Hyannis (L) Start your summer escape in Newport, Rhode Island, known as the summer playground for American royalty. After an oceanfront lunch at the Atlantic Beach Club, meet your local guide to experience a tour that hits all the highlights including the rugged beauty of Ten-Mile Ocean Drive the Gatsbystyle mansions along Bellevue Avenue and time on your own to explore the famous “Bannister’s Wharf.” Arriving in Hyannis tonight, check into the stylish and contemporary, Holiday Inn Hyannis providing a wonderful “home away from home” for the next four nights and featuring an indoor, heated pool, whirlpool and fitness room for your enjoyment. Day 2: Martha’s Vineyard, MA (B, D) After breakfast, board a ferry to the scenic island of Martha’s Vineyard. Affectionately called “The Vineyard” by locals and tourists alike, the island is accessible only by boat and by air. With your local guide, learn about the island’s legends, celebrity tales and views of the famous Gayhead Lighthouse. You’ll have plenty of free time to explore the charming village of Edgartown and enjoy lunch (on your own) in this famous port town. Tonight you’ll have a Lobster Bake dinner back on the mainland in Hyannis. Of course there are nonseafood options available for you land lubbers.

Day 3: Provincetown (B) After breakfast, we journey to the northern tip of Cape Cod and discover picturesque Provincetown including the Provincetown Museum and the Pilgrim Monument. Hold onto your hats and get your cameras ready for one of the highlights of your tour – an exhilarating visit to the sand dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Our local guide will show us the National Historic District, where little has changed architecturally since the 17th century, as seaside cottages and old-fashioned lamps still line the streets.

Tonight we have a festive farewell dinner at the Brazilian Grill Churrascaria, a favorite of the locals! We’ll enjoy a Rodizio meal featuring grilled meats in the Brazilian style. With plenty of sides and veggies too!
