After growing up in Peru, Al Maldonado brought a rich family tradition and passion for food to Boerne, opening Chilito’s Express in 2009. He realized it was the perfect place to share his culinary passion, creating hand-wrapped, unique, gourmet tamales and sauces in a Latin fusion style, drawing on his family’s traditional recipes, handed down from generation to generation.

Tess Bates, the founder and owner of Low & Slow To Go in Boerne, Texas, is a mother of two children, Gunnar and Harper, wife to her husband, Tanner, and a food blogger. Tess hopes that her slow cooker meal kits will save you time in the kitchen, so you can spend more time on what matters to you most.

Gourmet Gals is obsessed with making delicious foods from the freshest ingredients, catering to the Greater Austin & Texas Hill Country area with remarkable cuisine and skilled professional service. Family-owned and operated for 40 years, Gourmet Gals offers their clients culture, commitment, reliability and dependability.

Chef Denise Mazal was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and grew up at her mother’s side cooking in restaurants. After moving to Boerne, Texas, she achieved her dream of owning her own restaurant when she opened Little Gretel in 2009. For more than a decade, Chef Denise has brought traditional German, Austrian, Hungarian and Czech cuisine to the Hill Country.

The Weezieboo brand was inspired by two little French bulldogs, Eloise (Weezie) and Boudreaux (Boo), silly clowns whose mission in life is to make people smile and laugh. With their “everything but the kitchen sink” flavor combinations and just plain quirky goodness, Weezieboo Brownies are all about seriously, not serious, delicious fun.

Originally from a small town in Ohio, Zachary Disch has always had a passion for good food. He and his wife/co-owner Jodi opened a wood fired pizza truck in 2013 and named it Z's Wood Fired Pizza after their daughter, Zadi. Now with son Zain, the family has traded in the truck for a restaurant in the heart of Boerne, Texas, where they fire up delicious woodfired pizzas just for you.
