OUR NEW WEBSITE IS UP AND RUNNING We’re very excited about the launch of our newly designed website – which, we hope you agree, is much clearer, more informative, easier to navigate and generally livelier and nicer to look at than the old one! We have divided our product sections simply into products most suitable for domestic use; and those which can span a whole raft of contract applications. Brand new for the site is our Stockist Finder, so if people visiting the site like what they see, they can find out where their local stockist is based, with a simple post code search function. Customers can also use the site to request up to three carpet samples and will receive an automatic acknowledgement of thanks for their interest in our ranges. Registered stockists will also be able to access technical specifications for all the product ranges in a private area of the site. All stockists will be given details of how to access this area of the site. Please do go and have a look and tell us what you think!
HAPPY NEW YEAR We’d like to wish all our customers and colleagues very best wishes for 2012. Our New Year’s resolution is much the same as last year’s: we’re going to stay focussed, keep positive and continue to do our best to deliver good customer service and saleable products. ALL CHANGE FOR PADDINGTON Our latest new range, Paddington, is now available in rolls and cut lengths. It’s a chunky high-low loop pile in 100% three-ply wool, Scotchgarded and in six versatile colours: cafe au lait, mink, tan, khaki, gravel and saffron. We will also be unveiling several new polypropylene qualities at Domotex.
