Tamara Yapp is Founder and CEO of REAL FOOD REAL LIFE (RFRL) www.realfoodreallife.tv, a healthy lifestyle business based out of Portland, Oregon where her oldest daughter Marlo lives. She feels blessed to have Marlo working as President and launching their newest division REAL FIT. Tamara lives and works in Manhattan Beach, California where she focuses on research, product development and the entertainment division of her company. It’s not common for a mother and daughter to work together, let alone run a successful business in the health industry. Miles may separate them, but this mother/daughter team works really well and in complete harmony. Tamara founded RFRL to share her 13-year journey to help cure her son CJ of Autism, Colitis and Crohn’s Disease with others around the world. She learned that fermented probiotic foods helped improve his digestion and ultimately his brain function. She had searched the world for answers and knew she didn’t want them to go through what her family did. Tamara wanted to shorten the learning curve for other families, making it easier to live a healthier lifestyle.
