THE SELLING PROCESS

DISCOVERY

Your agent will gather information on the purpose of selling your home. This is the opportunity for your agent to learn your current situation, who is involved in the decision making process, your specific customer needs and any other valuable information to sell your home. It is the difference between truly understanding your needs, as opposed to being treated as just another number or sale.

INSPECTION

With the right knowledge and expertise, your representative will informally inspect your property to accurately determine its pros and cons. This is also the best opportunity to share what you value most in your home, and convey any attractive features that can influence potential buyers in the future. A thorough inspection of your property is imperative to listing your property with appeal.

MARKETING PROPOSAL

HOME VALUATION

In reviewing a comparative market analysis and pricing strategy with your representative, you will come to an agreement in terms of sale price, list date and all relevant details for selling your home.

Upon completing the preceding discovery and planning steps of the selling process, as homeowners, you will sign a Listing Agreement to allow your sales representative to begin executing the outlined action plan of their marketing strategy.

As you begin to prepare your home for staging and sellability, your selected representative will implement their marketing plan to maximize exposure of your home to all potential buyers.

LISTING AGREEMENT EXECUTION PROPERTY SHOWINGS

Once your property is listed, property showings may be booked through a selected platform that is integrated with text message notifications to you directly for transparency. This should be a seamless process as you are to make your home available for potential buyers to view the property. A lockbox is provided for your door for cooperating brokerages to access your home.

OFFER PROCESS

A rigorous offer process and negotations may commence once interested buyers submit the appropriate paperwork for the purchase and sale of your home. Communication is imperative at this stage, as you should be constantly updated and involved in this decision making process.

FINAL TRANSACTION

Once an offer is accepted, your representative will still continue to be in constant communication with you throughout the transition process and closing of your home. All necessary paperwork will be completed and all outstanding conditions and questions will be addressed.
