Hello Team Members,
As we close out the second half of 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on our journey since the end of summer and highlight the exciting opportunities ahead. Our team has achieved many great things since the end of summer 2024. Many of our talented members were recognized for the services they provide our
community and students, and staff graduated with degrees from the State. We added a few new staff
students living with us for Fall 24 - Spring 25 term than the 23-24 term. 2 0 2 3 2 0 2 4 guests toured our residents halls during the summer.

MVNU2MSU 2024 was a success! We moved in over 4,000 students over a three-day time span. Each day was a new day but we could not have accomplished this event without all HRL hands on deck! Thank you to our team and our campus partners such as the MSU Police Department, Parking and Transportation, and the Division of Student Affairs!
NEIGHBORHOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ICONS ICONS
Our neighborhood concept launched at the end of summer this year. The Marketing and Communication team led this initiative to streamline our communities while also promoting the strategic plan of the university. Below are the icons the Department of Student Affairs marketing team designed for our neighborhoods to use!

Nunnelee received a new roof during summer 2024. The project began in June and complete by the end of the summer. The project repaired any damage and leaks the roof may have experienced over the years. Such repair made Nunnelee Hall look all shiny and new! Flooring was also repaired during Summer 2024 on the second floor by our Facilities and Maintenance team.
Nunnelee also added the Office of Prestigious Scholarships during Summer 2024!
HALL UPDATES HALL UPDATES PROGRAMS PROGRAMS
Zacharias Village held many events for residents from August to December including cross programming with other neighborhoods such as Victory Park. Each event was an opportunity for residents to meet other residents, find their community, and engage in HRL learning sessions.
Some events include September Study break, Rest and Relax Under the Stars, Writing Basics, Chillage Olympics, Halloween party, and more!
