It's easy to take part in and the benefits are clear when it comes to positive mental and physical wellbeing, as well as helping to lower the risk of dementia and to make new friends. Arts & Craft Social Cafe Join us in Eric's Bar at The Roses for weekly social sessions. Bring along your own creative project or take part in the activity of the week. This is a great way to relax and meet new people.
