ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS ROUGH | TRIM PLUMBING all work to be completed by our NYC licensed and insured master plumber includes all new branch, waste, and water to all locations throughout the residence all piped back to the local risers mandatory 24-hour retention tests included for all new showers all trim plumbing to completion throughout permitting, inspections, and sign-offs throughout SPRINKLERS as applicable MIRRORS | GLASS | GLAZING as designed throughout the residence including glazing for millwork, closet mirrors and shower enclosures as designed throughout WOOD FLOORING | SPECIALTY FLOORING as designed and specified throughout the residence HVAC this budgetary placeholder is for the installation of a full HVAC system including all acoustically lined ductwork, all new thru wall compressors (5 ton units) and all associated masonry work air handlers, zoned systems which all include the installation of NEST thermostats to control throughout.
