We will share our knowledge and experience with you in what it takes to build a thriving mortgage brokerage. We hold bi weekly Zoom meetings as well as regular ‘in person’ events with guest speakers. We have also designed a ‘success blueprint’, which is a step by step guide to building your mortgage business by using our systems, processes and strategies

Support Team

We have a team of experienced, dedicated mortgage administrators who are on hand to support you and your clients throughout every step of their application. The administration side of a mortgage application can be laborious, frustrating and stands in the way of the really fun part of the job; speaking to clients and doing more mortgage applications.

We have an opt-in/opt-out system for administration support, and you only pay when the case completes, meaning no monthly charges. The cost of this is £100 per completed mortgage application.

The team are also able to maintain your case load during holiday periods for a set fee.

Our system has been designed to enable advisers to give accurate advice with ease. Midas takes away many of the monotonous tasks that other brokers have to deal with, making the process extremely quick and easy to understand. It is user friendly and incredibly easy to produce your compliance materials and suitability report.

Our broker partners earn 80% of ALL the income generated on a mortgage case.

Note

When comparing self employed mortgage broker models, it is important to compare commission structures. Also bear in mind you will want to work with a network that will help you win more business, justify your broker fee and help you get your mortgages progressed to exchange. There is no point having a higher commission split if there is no support.

Costs?

Unlike other brokerages who may charge up to £500 per month to be a part of their business, there are no monthly costs to you as a broker partner to work with The Mortgage Experts!

That’s right, there is £0 costs to partnering with The Mortgage Experts on our standard agreement. Many advisers wish to engage with our administration and case support teams to free up there time to spend focussing on new business. If you wish to take advantage of this, the cost is £100 per completed mortgage application. Again, you do not pay any monthly fees to us.

The Mortgage Experts will cover your license cost, FCA fees and Professional Indemnity Insurance cost.

The only equipment you need to get going is a laptop and a mobile phone.
