He will make history as the first Filipino Rotaractor to have both become chair of a national MDIO and a regional MDIO. Congratulations and best wishes for your next adventure Asia Pacific Rotaract MDIO is a newly-formed MDIO from its predecessor Asia Pacific Rotaract Committee. Its covered districts are countries and territories in East Asia, Southeast Asia (ASEAN member countries), Australia and the Pacific. Rotary International District 3650 Seoul, South Korea also won the hosting of the 19th Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference which is planned to be a face-to-face conference.
