Yetta was born and raised in Ohio, where she resides as a wife, a mother of 3 sons, and a Grammy Once her children became teenagers, she began her entrepreneurial journey looking for the perfect career so she could be at home for them, starting an in-home childcare business Finally, in 2013 she started and settled with her first online women ’ s clothing & accessories boutique L&N Boutique, which added a children’s line. Yetta also began a cleaning business years later In 2018, she took her customer service skills and moved over to an independent business owner and started her own virtual call center Almighty Virtual Operators, where she contracts with parents to work from the comfort of their homes so that they too can be there for their families when they need them Yetta has always wanted to help others and make people feel beautiful on the outside

Who or what would you say has been your earliest influence on entrepreneurship and leadership?

My mom is the most influential person that I have met She took care of us single-handedly, never gave up, and always worked hard as a very strong woman all my life

How did your time in the childcare sector prepare you for where you are today in terms of entrepreneurship and business?

It prepared me to be prepared and ready for what the day brought. It taught me to look forward to changes each and every day to use time management skills to become a better listener and patient.

Tell us about the inspiration behind “L&N Boutique”? What can women expect when shopping?

The inspiration behind the boutique is my grandchildren; they are the reason behind the name Women and their families can expect the best customer service, exceptional quality clothing and accessories, a convenient and organized online shopping experience, and easy checkout

How does one get into the virtual call center world? What advice do you have for entrepreneurs looking to get their foot in the door?

As for getting involved in the virtual call center world, my advice is to be very cautious, read and become very knowledgeable about the legit opportunities and the scams before getting involved

You run multiple businesses. How do you find a balance that works for you and your family?

Since my family is all grown up now, it’s not as hard as when my children were younger It takes a lot of time management and making sure you make your family your first priority above everything

What can supporters expect from you next?

Expanding my Virtual call center. Sharing the opportunity with more people and getting it out there Developing a convenient, stress-free space with available equipment to help more individuals make an income until they can get on their feet and have their own equipment Expanding my boutique and taking it further by opening a brick-andmortar with convenient shopping for everyone

A woman who works hard at what she does and wants to accomplish even more in life, someone very confident with herself and can hold their own weight at all times

How did you get your start in being a doula?

My journey into becoming a birth and postpartum doula began when I realized my heart for serving mothers extended beyond the classroom, where I was an infant teacher for five years I have always loved working with infants and realized my heart desired more to help women during those first amazing, sometimes bewildering, and often exhausting nights of parenthood Having a baby is nerve-racking as it is, and every woman wants to benefit from extra support when it comes to their pregnancy

Can you share some of the benefits of hiring a doula for your pregnancy?

Hiring a doula for pregnancy can help lower postpartum depression We can provide much-needed labor assistance and delivery support to anyone who wants it for the mom and partner As a doula, I won’t judge your decisions about pain relief or anything else It is your body and your birth I am here to help you to have a memorable experience

Can you take us through what a typical session is like with a doula?

In a typical session, I would do a consultation, and once we are a good match, I would do two prenatal sessions We would go over your birth plan

I am available throughout our time together to answer any questions I will be on call 24/7, two weeks before and after your due date, to provide labor support, and then I include one postpartum visit just to check in and come as emotional and hands-on support

Not only are you a birthing doula, but you also assist mothers during their postpartum season. Can you share a little about that?

Adjusting to a new norm and juggling a baby can be exhausting and overwhelming During the first six weeks, parents are exhausted as they enter what we call the 4th trimester This is where you and the baby adjust to life after being in the womb and giving birth Self-care is overlooked, and parents need sleep I come in to help during the night and will take over changing the diaper, getting them to sleep, and feeding them

What message do you hope women (Mothers) Takeaway from their experience with you?

I want every woman to feel empowered and know that asking for help doesn’t make them weak My goal is to help you realize that this is all worth it

What is next for you and your brand?

My next goal is to become a childbirth educator and provide one-on-one classes for parents I also want to focus on dad workshops and grandparent workshops
