The treatment and prevention of diabetes is constantly evolving. At the Canadian Centre for Research on Diabetes, we believe that participating in clinical research is an essential way to help advancements in effective diabetes care. We are currently participating in a variety of clinical research trials for which we are seeking volunteers. In particular, we are looking for individuals who: • Have Type 1 or 2 Diabetes • Are taking oral anti-diabetic medications or insulin • Have had a heart attack or stroke • Have high blood pressure • Are potentially looking to lose weight Study medications and diabetes supplies will be provided to participants free of charge.
