WINNERS: Sensei Trevor Rustin of Trevor’s Kyokushin School of Karate was delighted with the performance of his Knockdown team at the 9th An nual Hanshi Len Barnes Memorial Tournament held at UCT on 19 No vember. Rustin handpicked his team for this tour nament and want ed to ensure that his Mitchell’s Plain team could bring home the gold. Jaden Marcus took gold in the under10 division; Kaylin Stubbs took gold in the under 14 division; Kyle Samuels took a silver medal; Enzoh Mellem and Mienaaz Salie each won a silver medal in their respective categories.
