Afternoon Ladies Winter Doubles winners

The Ev Perley Memorial Senior Mixed Bonspiel is a great in-club spiel, open to members 50 years of age or older. The spiel has been ongoing for years in honour of longtime member Ev Perley, and is always a day filled with sportsmanship, fun, and friendship. Ev's husband and PCC Grounds & Maintenance manager Bob Perley was on hand for the competition, as well as to award the trophy and prizes to the winning team. This year's winners were the team of Judie Pezzetta, Rick Stewart, Ken Linington, and Barb Neilsen. Congrats team! As an added layer of fun, the spiel also included ‘Bob the Bunny,’ awarded to any player who made a double take out during their game. The player holding Bob at the end of the game was awarded a free round of drinks for their team Suffice to say, Bob was a popular bunny!
