This year has been one of the most incredible years I have ever experienced.

Prior to March 5th (the start of COVID) all of us were living quite different lives, who could have ever imagined how much our lives were about to change? I know I personally experienced a whirlwind of emotions so I can only imagine how real estate agents must have felt not knowing how the market was going to be affected.

Introducing: Impact!

While our perfectly-laid plans may not have gone quite as we wanted them to, many of my clients have expressed how they have used this experience to reprioritize and focus more on important things.

Real estate has indeed changed; we have moved into a more virtual experience and we have learned how to work in different ways, and how to adapt to and navigate new things.

lauri carter Lauri had a successful career as a chef before an injury had her thinking about a new profession. As a restaurant owner, she had organization and processes down she just needed to pivot those to real estate! With a minimal, but high-impact mono-weight line logo, aqua-blue color palette with a splash of lime, and plenty of white space to allow the content to shine along with plenty of tools and systems at the ready, she is ready for whatever adventures real estate has in store for her!

brikat homes and real estate Katie Dixon and Brian Thompson are a real estate powerhouse! Between his building, renovation, and project management skills along with her design skills and business savvy, they are becoming an easily-recognizable force in the greater Seattle area as BriKat Homes and Real Estate. When working with a couple, we have to take both design styles into account when creating a brand. We needed to blend both bold and understated design styles which we accomplished with large blocks of solid color, a splash of artistic script font, and semi-transparent white blocks over edge-to-edge photography. We were able to build a website, custom lead generation systems, listing presentation materials, specialty brochures, signage and more - checking most of the systems they needed to run their business off their to-do list.

alina araujo

Alina was ready to change her last name when she was first developing a brand with us - which gave us the opportunity to take her new initials to a whole new level! Alina's brand is inspired by luxury hotel branding: dark and dramatic with a hint of shine. Her logo includes an elegant and abstract sunburst which she has found a number of uses for in print and on social media. Alina recently sent us an email that said, "I just wanted to share with you some feedback I received from a listing appointment I had yesterday. The new clients told me how beautiful and so professional my website looked! It definitely made me look great ... Thank you so much!!!! You all are awesome!!!!"

karmin pincus Karmin had a strong logo already-established for her military relocation niche market, but needed an equally-strong brand to enhance this. As a veteran and military wife, she is uniquely qualified to help military personnel buy property, sometimes sight-unseen, and sell that property should the homeowner receive a Permanent Change of Station (PCS - hence, the name). Karmin required special lead generation materials, a robust website, social media templates, and buyer and seller consultation materials that she can use virtually - wherever in the world her clients are, and whatever timezone they are in, she can be right there, providing great service and making their upcoming transition as easy as possible.
