After two years of virtual Christmas celebration, Teresians clustered as one of this year's most anticipated activity, the STC Show Choir Competition with the theme "Teresian Christmas – Reconnected, " held on December 9.

Each participating section was tasked to enact any Christmas song as a "show choir, " a mixture of choral singing and choreographed dance, with a minimum duration of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5. The contestants were divided by their perspective grade levels to compete for the gold, silver, and bronze: primary level, intermediate level, grades 7-8, 9–10, and 11–12.

The winners were then invited to take part and perform once more in the program held on December 14.

Primary Level

2 - St. Bernadette - Champion 3 - St. Jane of Frances - 2nd Place 2- St. Cecilia - 3rd Place

Intermediate Level

5 - St. Perpetua - Champion 6 - St. Rita - 2nd Place 4 - St. Margarette - 3rd Place Junior High School

8 - St. Jerome - Champion 7 - St. Alphonsus Liguori - 2nd Place 8 - St. Cyril - 3rd Place 10 - St. Albert the Great - Champion 9 - St. Bernard of Clairvaux - 2nd Place 10 - St. Matthew - 3rd Place

Senior High School

12 - St. Anselm of Canterbury - Champion 12 - St. Teresa of Avila - 2nd Place 12 - St. Isidore of Seville - 3rd Place All presentations were evaluated by the same panel of judges, starring Mr. Aurelio D. Manalo Jr., Mrs. Joan Kristel M. Adame, and former choir member, Mr. Danilo Jose Robles.

In between performances for the primary level, Diana Dimalibot of 10 - St. Matthew entertained the crowd with her cover of the Christmas song "Last Christmas. " Meanwhile, the Magboo twins of 8 - St. Jerome, Julienn, and Jyuann delighted both intermediate and senior high school students with their intermission number. Javeriel Robles of 12 - St. Anselm of Canterbury and Alexa Contreras of 12 - St. Basil the Great, on the other hand, were the performers

during the program for grades 7 and 8. Lastly, with his cover of the hit song, "Paraluman, " Andrei Cadevida of 12 - St. Anselm of Canterbury fulfilled the program for grades 9 and 10.

To prepare for the event, from November 28 to December 7, Teresians observed a shortened period for all the subjects to utilize the time left in the afternoon as their practice. All showed immense effort alongside each section's creative collaborations, from the performance to their costumes.

Giving way and respect to the safety protocols, all competitions were held separately to avoid crowded areas that may lead to the absence of physical and social distancing.
