020 is the year where branding is accepting big changes and is making it a game of peculiarities. Gone are the days when creating a decent logo and a tagline was the only demand for a successful branding campaign. The contest among different brands has reached a fierce level and it keeps on pushing individuals to be more creative with their branding tactics. This makes 'creativity' a salient feature to have in the marketing of a company's products. We, The Leaders Globe Media, in this edition of our magazine, have highlighted “The Most Renowned Brands in 2020” and they all have the creativity factor in common. We have tried to cover the current scenario of the brand building domain and have talked about the future of branding to catch the upcoming trends in business. Branding strategy has started to be a thing even for small and medium scale businesses. This was never the case before. But branding alone is not the captain of the ship. Rather, branding has become just as important for a company as their product. People will only pick an exceptional product with good brand position and a company will need to be on their toes to capture the consumers' attention. Many in the industry assume branding to be an overnight thing when what it really is a long term game. We as spectators just see the end results but not the preparations that goes-by to create a successful brand. A successful brand needs emotional connect, ethical clarity, stable strategies, well-thought-out plans, and a persuasive learning attitude. One thing which troubles me is that Long-term customer building is so often neglected by naïve players of the industry when it is one of the more important parts of branding. For this, the ingredients are day-in-day-out trying to create a passionate relationship with the customers. At the core of all these things, the purpose of a company lies. The purpose should always be clear, allinclusive and peculiar so that the customers doubtlessly choose the brand. Antonio was joined during the launch by top nearly 20 celebrities such as actresses Carla Abellana, Alyssa Muhlach, Shaira Diaz, 2018 Miss World Philippines Katarina Rodriguez, and model and actor David Licauco to name a few. During the event, Robbie Antonio led the unveiling of the brand's newest collections of celebrity curated rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. It is an eclectic combination of sleek, sophisticated designs with loads of choices for customization. Each one of their precious ornaments is hand-picked to match customers' style preference. Last year's launch of Regal Jewelry Collection also serves as Robbie Antonio's further involvement into the world of fashion retail. Earlier, he has launched his eyewear company Rebel Specs Design, which also sells celebrity curated pieces. Among his endorsers/celebrity partners for the eyewear brand is world boxing icon Manny Pacquiao.

They'll have a better idea of what kind of expectations are realistic. However, more importantly, both parties have the same definition of success. It is important to get to the heart of why we are doing this project, in order to understand what the goals ought to be.

4. Set Deliverables Specific metrics must be set to track progress once goals are outlined in the project charter. These metrics are referred to as deliverables, or the quantifiable goods or services to be completed in project management. It may be a tangible milestone toward completing a goal or this may align exactly with the goal (e.g., "build the house") Either way, these must be settled in advance, but especially in the latter case where there are more variables to consider. Project managers should get as much agreement as possible upfront about what the deliverables will be and when they will be complete. Communication is so incredibly important throughout the entire project, that it starts right from the beginning.

5. Project Performance Evaluation. When a goal is completed, it can be easy to skip this final step. Projects just get done, and everyone moves on to the next one, maybe with a cursory evaluation a few months later. However, evaluation is vital for any chance of future improvement. This can also be split up into two stages. The first is more meta – how did the project itself go? What worked and what did not? These analyses prove to be helpful for not just the project manager but the client as well, particularly if they are going to be taking on anything similar in the future. A review of the deliverables is the next evaluation. Whether the goal of the project has increased customer satisfaction, shortened production times in a factory, or bringing a hot new product to the market, one will be measuring how much something has changed. The second evaluation for that reason may be weeks or even months later, which is why it can be easy to forget this step. But do not as you will want to know if the whole project was worth it.
