other and keep one another up during the game. The fight that we girls had was honestly amazing. Career: My junior year. My friend Evelyn had hit a walk-off home-run against our rivals. The intensity of that game and that hit was insane. From that moment on I knew that that team was gonna be something great.

Career: I have had so many great memories in softball especially this year but probably my favorite this year was in the Calallen Classic Tournament when I hit my first ever high school BOMB, I didn’t even realize it was over the fence till I was rounding 1st and saw my team running out of the dugout!

Career: Signing to play at the next level with Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and seeing the copious

Career: 8U National Championship in Oklahoma with my little sister, Audryna, and 3 current Calallen teammates:

Megan Geyer, McKenzie Mounts, and Mia Flores. When we started we heard, “We’re playing the Pink Sox- they’re easy!” My dad, Coach Bobby, and Megan’s dad, Coach Scott, and McKenzie’s dad, Coach David, got us where we needed with lots of practice everything just started to click. In 1 years time- we went from the worst team ever to National Champions. We went from nobody knowing who we were and left there with everyone knowing who the Corpus Christi Pink Sox were.

This Year: One of my favorite games of this year was when we played Tuloso-Midway. Our district was tough. Our team was fairly young. No one thought we could win. As big underdogs, beating them 3-2 @ home. The stadium was rocking that night after our walkoff win!!! Career: Really our entire season, especially our district season. Qualifying for the playoffs in one of the toughest districts around with a team filled with underclassmen was a memorable ride. was just a lot of hype going on and I wanted to make sure we went in there as a team to take that win and we did just that not once but twice! So that was exciting for us!

Career: Has to be against Edinburg High on the 2round. I remember my mom walking in late. A couple of minutes shy from seeing my first homerun of the season. And I could see how upset she wasa nd sad at the same time that she missed it and in remember her blaming my father because he took awhile to get there because he was hungry. And I looked up and told her I’m going to hit another one just for you and I did just that! So that game I hit 2 out of the park homeruns! Season: My favorite game this year was the first round of district against Los Fresnos. I was having a

horrendous night at the plate and knew I had to make a adjustment and come through for my team. In the top of the ninth inning I came up to bat with 2 runners on and i hit a line drive in the left center gap. That hit gave us the lead in a super intense game.

Career: My best softball memory would be making it to the Elite 8 with my team my senior year. It was always a goal and we made it!

Memories

This Year: San Benito game 1. It was a very close game against our former coach. The weather wasn’t favorable, and that made it harder. Career: Eagle Pass playoff game freshman year. It was an intense back and forth game. The atmosphere is still unmatched to this day.

REMEMBER

What we provide is FREE. We do not charge schools to broadcast their games and we never charge fans to see the games. The only way we are able to do what we do is because of the advertising that you see during the games. You can help us promote more athletes by thanking those that have invested their marketing dollars in us. If you do not see a game or an event live on our platforms then it means we just don’t have the funds to get to it on that day. Our goal is to have every game of every sport for every team to be carried FREE here on Rio Sports Live.
