Add slowly to the wet mixture. â&#x20AC;˘ Grease cookie sheets. Roll dough into 1/2â&#x20AC;? logs and form into knots. â&#x20AC;˘ Bake at 400 F for 8 minutes. â&#x20AC;˘ To make butter icing, combine confectioners sugar and butter. â&#x20AC;˘ Add anise. â&#x20AC;˘ Slowly add milk to desired consistency. â&#x20AC;˘ Add food coloring of your choice. â&#x20AC;˘ Dunk cookies in icing and let dry.
