As the saying goes, never let a good crisis go to waste. Given the magnitude of the challenges that the pandemic represents, we must now consider the full breath of employees’ needs as human beings. Many companies have begun thinking about the crisis in phases, all of which map to three priorities: the enable connection in isolation phase, the reopening phase, and the post-pandemic phase. It will be some time until we move past these grave challenges.
