AletheA’s recipe for sorrel juice 1. Add enough hot water to cover the sorrel (in a pot on the stove) 2. Add freshly ground ginger to taste 3. Boil for about 30 minutes 4. Let it sit for a few hours 5. Strain the sorrel and ginger pieces out 6. Add some sugar – to taste 7. Drink up! (You can add ice if you want)

Try this tropical juice made from part of a hibiscus flower. Best to use fresh sorrel rather than dried.
