Wheeler display systems were developed to prominently showcase jewelry in a minimum amount of space while simplifying the consumers’ shopping experience. Using hooks, grid wires, and inventory tags, Wheeler displays easily accommodate varying levels of inventory and make re-ordering simple and accurate. Additionally, our covered display options are an ideal fit for customers looking to offer a high level of service with a higher-end look.
With more than 60 in-stock options, we can meet your specific display needs. Whether it is a small counter-top display or a large, lighted display with automatic rotation. In addition, a luxury of owning our display company — Dakota Woodcrafts — is that we can ensure the displays will match the exact look and feel of your store.

Returns Program, Eligibility, and Restock Fee
Annual Product Refreshments with Returns for Credit
Whether you are a customer, sales rep, or employee, you may often hear, “That’s the Wheeler Way.” What is the Wheeler Way? It is our version of the Golden Rule – treat others how you would like to be treated.
For customers, that means taking care of them and ensuring their business is operating smoothly and they are maximizing sales. A big factor in helping that is by providing rep service to help them organize displays, take reorders, and update product on a regular basis.
The last part of that equation – updating product on a regular basis – is where we play an integral part in maximizing sales year after year. And it is why we can name hundreds of customers who have been doing business with us for many, many years.
Each year, our reps review each customers’ sales and replace slower selling product with new product that will refresh and reinvigorate retail sales. We call this annual process a reset and not only is it critical to keeping sales strong year after year – it is an opportunity for us to implement The Wheeler Way and be good business partners.
In this case, The Wheeler Way means taking the slower-selling product back as a return to vendor and giving our customers credit. Instead of customers needing to close out slow-selling merchandise they can reinvest the cost of that product into merchandise that will sell better for them.
Returns Eligibility
For product to be eligible for returns for credit, it must be:
o Replaced by new or updated product via a reset
o A reset means:
Updating to the latest Wheeler layouts
Removing discontinued items from displays
Possibly replacing a slow panel (or ring(s)) with new, fresh product
o New product must ship before return is sent back
o A new program that is replacing an existing slower-selling program
o Must have authorization from Wheeler Management
o New product must ship to customer before the return is sent back
Uniquely You Returns
At this time, Uniquely You is no t eligible for returns. The Mix Program exchange window, in which UY Earrings were eligible for return, has expired.
Restock Fee
Wheeler incurs a significant cost by returning merchandise – on average it takes more than 50% of the cost of the product to check it in, un-card it, refurbish the product, re-card it, and place in inventory. On discontinued items the cost to Wheeler is 100% of the return given.
Wheeler charges a 10% restock fee to the customer. In some ways, it’s like an insurance policy in which the premium is only payable if there is a claim. Any other arrangements for restock fee must be explicitly approved by Wheeler management including rep/company splits.
