TERMS: Initial minimum orders are $100.00. Out- of-Stock items will be placed on back- order unless you specify other wise. Upon receipt of an order, we ship by date and by the order in which the orders are taken. For payment, we accept company check , C.O.D., or any major credit card.
3% Cour tesy Fee: If paying by credit card at time of order, we waive our cour tesy fee. You must pay at time of order or within 10 days of invoice date or there is a 3% cour tesy fee. ie: If you pay at net 30 with a credit card, you will be charged the cour tesy fee.
Checks/elec tronic payment: Any returned check or elec tronic payment is subjec t to a $40.00 returned check fee. Net 30 terms may be available af ter the initial order if references and a credit histor y are provided and prove satisfac tor y.
SHIPPING: UPS is our major carrier at this time. Parcel Post and Priority Mail are available to Alask a and other locations upon request as is Federal Express and FedEx Ground. There are additional options available for international orders. Each time you order please include your business name, complete address, phone number and the name of a contac t person in order to speed up the shipping process. Shipping costs include: handling, insurance, postage, boxes, and pack aging materials
**UPS has a charge of $18.00 for correc ting incorrec t shipping addresses. Customers are responsible for making sure their address is correc t or we will have to pass on this charge to you. **
DUE TO THE INSTABILIT Y OF MATERIAL COSTS WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT NOTIFICATION
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit mush be received within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatis ed with your purchase, you can return it to Ridgeway within 15 days of purchase date subjec t to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS: Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, we reser ve the rights to refuse the return or to charge a restock ing fee --not less than 25%.
1. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all pack ing material and any accessories.
2. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resultng from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetar y value of the merchandise only.
3. Slight color changes are not a defec t. Suppliers sometimes change colores and is beyond our control.
*We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sales. An order or items shipped and refused or returned, will incur a minimum 25% restock fee, as well as shipping and handling charges.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
**Name dropped or specialty items unless defec tive.**
REFUNDS & CREDITS: If you need to return an item(s), please call or email about the item(s). I tems may be refused other wise. Refunds on returned items will be issued if merchandise is a manufac turing defec t. Once we receive and inspec t the produc t, we will credit your account. Do do shor t pay an invoice without calling or emailing about the merchandise and getting authorization to do so or the amount may be lef t on your account and your are responsible for the balance.
Finally, we ship your order as fast as we possibly can and we greatly appreciate your business. However, please realize that our peak season is March through July as many of our customer ’s businesses are seasonal, so the pace is furious and we do our best to get your order out ASAP.
