Theatre Arts Camp Jr. (Ages 5-8)
Broadway Memories!
This fun, interactive camp engages campers in the theatrical aspects of music, dance, theatre, and visual arts. Campers are broken into three groups (depending on enrollment) and rotate through different classes during their mornings at camp. In this camp, your young performer will be introduced to some of the best group scenes and musical numbers from a variety of Broadway's most popular hits. Using scenes and songs from Annie, The Wizard of Oz, Anne of Green Gables and more, your performer will be acting, singing, and dancing their way across the stage. They will also create marquee posters, props, and costume pieces during their art class.
Please note: Due to the age of the students, this program requires active parent participation to assist children with learning their script.
Campers will perform this musical theatre program at a ticketed performance on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Corning Auditorium.
Camp tuition includes: two (2) comp ticket vouchers to this performance, an optional supervised Before Camp Care and Lunch Bunch. Bonus! Each camper receives a special 2025 camp T-shirt! (Cost included in camp tuition)
