You can select as many passes as you’d like. The more you buy, the better the value! Passes include entry to Mastering SAP, the solutions showcase, lunches, refreshments, and any published networking functions. Plus: access to all content and of course, access to a thriving, tuned in community of like-minded people interested in innovation, education, and inspiration.
Note: All team members, including your speakers and chairperson (if applicable) are required to be included in the number of passes purchased. The following rates are valid at contract stage only.
Any passes purchased after the contract is signed will be available at the partner rate of $2,500 +GST per pass.
Note: Vendors who do not sponsor are charged full price to attend ($3,500 +GST per pass).
Many partners take up the add-on opportunity to extend their sponsorship investment. From registration kiosks to lanyards, and the mobile phone charge zone to the DJ, we have a plethora of add-on opportunities for further brand exposure to the Mastering SAP community.
If I include 4 tickets in my sponsorship pack on signing, and I want to acquire more closer to the conference, what price do I buy them at?
The discounted ticket rate is only locked in on tickets purchased at the time of initial contract signing. Any additional tickets purchased thereafter will be charged at AU$2500 (+GST)
My package includes a customer case study, delivered by a customer –What if I don’t get my customer speakers’ abstract and photo in on time, am I guaranteed a speaking spot for them in the primary tracks?
No. Customer stories are selected by our steering committee who assess all content by a set and stipulated date. If you miss that deadline, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to submit content thereafter.
We highly recommend a customer speaker – there is no better advocate than a customer sharing the great work you have delivered with them. On occasion it may not be possible to secure a customer speaker in time, in which case you will be able to nominate an internal thought leader/SME to present. This session will be branded a “sponsored session” and may be scheduled in the Education Pavilion.
No, your customer speaker will receive complimentary attendance to Mastering SAP on our behalf.
When will I be introduced to the creative agency who will print my booth branding and the AV and furniture team to order for my booth?
This introduction happens around the 2-months pre-conference mark.
