Who we are

Tiago Forjaz

Founder & Partner

Tiago is the Founder & Managing Partner of The Epic Talent Society. He is a TEDx Speaker and a faculty member of SingularityU Portugal.

He is a renown serial entrepreneur in the talent industry, best known for the launch of companies like The Star Tracker and Jason Associates, after working at multinational executive search and recruitment multinationals like Heidrick & Struggles and Michael Page.

Tiago is a creative and passionate communicator with courage and a passion to lead people into the future.

He is frequently invited to talk on topics related to Talent, Transformation, Collaboration, Exponential Leadership, as well as Entrepreneurship and The Future of Work. His last years have been dedicated to working on several transformation projects, ranging from envisioning the future and facilitating new business model discovery journey’s, to cultural definition challenges

Tiago enjoys painting, smoking cuban cigars and great cinema.

He holds a degree in Economics and a Portuguese passport, although he was born and lived in South Africa until he was 13 years old, so Tiago speaks native English and Portuguese as well as Spanish.

SUSANA FORTES

Office Manager & Finance Assistant

Susana has a high sense of responsible and which privileges interpersonal relationships, easy to learn, adaptable, loyal, discretion.

Susana is a lightning-fast-problem solver. She is always sincere and direct and adds a practical sense and structure to our team. She is caring and emotional too, so she adds so much to our team environment, as she’s great at making us laugh. She is magical at keeping things grounded.

Susana’s dream was to join the Navy, but her had other plans, so she started banking and shined in real estate leasing. She started in banking for over 16 years before she joined the talent industry.

She takes care of office management and accounting, but her most important role is to “keep things grounded” and adding spice and splendor to our team. She occasionally guides our project management and research efforts.

Susana loves dancing and enjoys BTT and trekking. She loves competition and keeping things in shape, so buckle up if you want to walk the talk.

Susana holds a degree in Accounting and Finance by Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, School of Business Sciences, Portugal.

Bruna Nunes Franco

Consultant

Bruna is a life’s’ student, who loves people and communication. She is a true believer in the lifechanging power of compounding the slightest changes into good habits.

She is remarkable at praising and encouraging others, and always has a light and agreeable attitude towards others. She is empathic and entrepreneurial, sensitive but committed and responsible. We love her “owner attitude”.

Bruna works as a consultant, in both organization and individual advisory and has participated in human strategy & transformation projects, accompanied leadership development programs as well as participated in culture design projects.

As a recruitment consultant she has managed assignments within the insurance and healthcare industries and also contributed on firm building initiatives like measuring CNPS - Candidate Net Promoter Scores.

Bruna practiced figure skating for 15 years and still enjoys working out, as well as cooking and party/ event planning. She is cool and relaxed, but always finds the time for some meditation.

Beatriz Santos

Design & Tech Consultant

Beatriz is a curious and focused designer with a keen eye for details who believes that good design and communication can be a huge advantage as it is the best way to solve problems and engage with others.

She welcomes new challenges and consistently searches for projects that will stimulate her creativity and make her grow. Embracing both the rational and artistic side she's the go-to person when it comes to technical problems and creative solutions. She is very smooth to work with and believes that diversity and inclusion are key components for a better world.

Beatriz is our Design and Tech Consultant. She has worked on designing and prototyping products like our proprietary “Culture Development Cards” and the “HR Transformation Cards” for a variety of clients. She has also helped us design logos and websites for some of our internal initiatives and curated our daily workspace. She is currently responsible for finding the most promising IT tools for our work.

Before joining the company she interned at Sonae MC and worked as a freelancer.

Her passions are reading and cooking, those are the best way to escape rough days, and her computer is her best friend (so she can't go very long without it).

She loves making a difference and just recently finished her degree in Communication Design.

Carolina

Mustra

Junior Consultant

Carolina is empathic, creative and entrepreneurial. She loves to belong to a group and is very diligent at serving and supporting others in their daily responsibilities. Her passion for people and communication ignite whenever there’s a chance to learn and support others.

Carolina is eager to engage and gets involved as soon as help is needed. She is mastering the art of creating presentations and forms and questionnaires that allow the team to deliver their best in an organized way.

Carolina played tennis for 10 consecutive years. She trained 8 hours a day in order to compete every weekend. She also has an acute sense of aesthetics and a passion for fashion design, so she may follow her family heritage in fashion.

She is passionate about education and believes that hers, rooted on the Montessori philosophy, contributed largely to unleash her potential and encourage her to learn and explore freely.

ANTÓNIO OLIVEIRA

Advisor

At The Epic Talent Society, António is our Business Aesthetics Advisor, he holds the responsibility of keeping our business beautiful.

As an advisor he is responsible for assessing our clients experience and capturing insights on how we may continuously innovate and disrupt, with aesthetics in mind.

António’s career started as a consultant at Deloitte, but he soon realized his passion for investment strategy & asset management, in one of Portugal’s most relevant family offices - Grupo Manuel Champalimaud.

In his CFO capacity, António has advised on investment strategies and served as a non executive board member of several companies of the investment portfolio, namely Oni, Silos de Leixões, OZ Energia, GLN and Banco CTT.

António currently manages his own estate as an art collector and a private investor in multiple assets. He loves visiting art exhibitions, bike riding with friends and surfing, nearly as much as he enjoys spending time with his two children.

António holds a degree in management by ISCTE, Portugal.
