Every other year, Elms Middle School students travel to the Challenger Learning Center for handson learning and exhilarating simulations in a space shuttle and at mission control!

After competing in the Elms Women Scientists of Tomorrow Today Science Fair, Elms Middle School girls consistently advance to the District and State Science Fair with excellent and superior results.

Middle School Science program has been recognized by the Ohio Academy of Sciences with a Governor’s Award for Excellence in Trip to Williamsburg!

Youth Science Opportunities.

Travelling to Williamsburg takes place every other year and is enrichment for the 8th grade social studies curriculum. Elms 7th & 8th graders travel to experience Monticello, Jamestown, Mount Vernon, and Williamsburg.
