Connect to Work is designed to help people who face barriers to employment – such as health conditions, disabilities, or long-term unemployment – find and stay in meaningful work.
Whether you are unemployed or at risk of leaving your job, the programme offers up to 12 months of personalised, one-to-one support.
Connect to Work helps people succeed, on their terms. From vocational profiling and job matching to in-work support and career development, the programme focuses on what matters to each individual, and works closely with employers to create inclusive opportunities.

Our Supported Employment Service has earned ‘Excellent Provider’ status from BASE, in recognition of our commitment to best practice.
With a long track record of delivering results across Kent and Medway, we specialise in evidenced-based, personcentred Supported Employment that leads to lasting change.

We help you build confidence and skills, support your job search, and even work with you once you start employment to make sure you succeed!
Who is eligible for support?
CIRCLE-CHECK Disabled people and those with health conditions.
CIRCLE-CHECK Current and former carers.
CIRCLE-CHECK People with experience of the criminal justice system.
CIRCLE-CHECK Those affected by homelessness or substance dependency.
CIRCLE-CHECK Armed forces personnel, veterans, reservists, and their families.
CIRCLE-CHECK Care leavers and care-experienced young people.
