THE IMPACT OF ESCALATING INTEREST RATES HAS BEEN MINIMAL, WITH A LARGE PROPORTION OF BUYERS MAKING ALL-CASH OFFERS INSTEAD OF OPTING FOR CONVENTIONAL FINANCING METHODS. ADDITIONALLY, REAL ESTATE CONTINUES TO BE A PREFERRED INFLATION HEDGE FOR HIGH-NET-WORTH INDIVIDUALS.
