Mountain Brook Club is searching for a committed, proactive, and passionate hospitality professional to assume the role of Director of Food and Beverage. This person enjoys working in an exciting private club environment. He or she must have the ability to lead and motivate the culinary team to deliver exceptional and diverse experiences to the membership.
The Director of Food and Beverage will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, upholding the rich tradition of the Club while introducing new and exciting programming and offerings. This individual will work closely with the managers and staff to deliver personalized, high-touch service to the club members

▪ Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, staying up-to-date with current beverage trends to implement a robust beverage program.
▪ Help to facilitate a team environment with morale, high ethical standards and efficient use of resources to ensure a healthy work environment, free of safety risks and any form of harassment, that will position Mountain Brook Club as a preferred employer in the community
✓ A 3-5 years of progressive hospitality management experience, in a luxury hospitality setting
✓ Hospitality Management Degree is a plus
✓ TIPs or a beverage certification preferred
✓ The position is available immediately.
Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Club offers an excellent bonus and benefit package.
