Hot & Spicy Glaze (GF) - DG105

Set taste buds sizzling with this scorching blend of spicy chilli, earthy paprika and a hint of red pepper.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

Make up the Hot Chilli Burger Mix as per the product recipe.

Roll out onto a sheet of shortcrust pastry.

Roll the pastry into a log.

Roll the log in the Hot and Spicy Glaze.

Cut into 2.5cm slices.

Garnish with fresh parsley leaves.

Chicken Drumsticks

Celery Sticks

French trim the chicken drumsticks.

Garnish with celery sticks and sprinkle with crushed chilli seeds. OR TRY

Crushed Chilli Seeds

Coat the drumstick in the glaze at 10% to the weight of meat.

Leave to stand for approx. 1 hour to allow the glaze to wet out and produce a glossy sheen.

Place the cheese slice into the middle of the thigh fillet and fold over, secure with a cocktail stick.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

Lamb Mince

Make up the Lamb Kofta Mix as per the product recipe.

Weigh out 50g balls and roll out into rectangle patties.

Coat the inside with Garden Mint Glaze.

Add a 10g stick of feta cheese.

Close the pattie to form a croquette and roll in the Lemon Pepper Coater to fully cover.

Garnish with Lemon slices and mint leaves.
