As a concept, theDailyTrotter started as a side project to learn html by establishing a blog, it expanded into consulting as a revit and project technician for Wood Burghard Swain Architects in June 2010. Primarily doing business as theDailyTrotter the concept was officially substantiated by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2017 as a blog with a provision for commerce. The legal entity is a sole proprietor with no employees, the owner is Seth Branham Trotter. Officially established in Portland, Oregon and relocated to Prescott in 2018, Arizona. The business tdtCREATIVE is a separate entity under the same owner of Seth Branham Trotter. Established in 2017 and currently under review for official trademark in Design, Graphic Design, Art and LEED. Started by the inquiry for design by a client in Portland, the work has expanded to include extensive research and copyrights.
