As a concept, theDailyTrotter started as a side project to learn html by establishing a blog, it expanded into consulting as a revit and project technician for Wood Burghard Swain Architects in June 2010. Primarily doing business as theDailyTrotter the concept was officially substantiated by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2017 as a blog with a provision for commerce. The legal entity is a sole proprietor with no employees, the owner is Seth Branham Trotter. Officially established in Portland, Oregon and relocated to Prescott in 2018, Arizona. The business tdtCREATIVE is a separate entity under the same owner of Seth Branham Trotter. Established in 2017 and currently under review for official trademark in Design, Graphic Design, Art and LEED. Started by the inquiry for design by a client in Portland, the work has expanded to include extensive research and copyrights.
Rev 7/23/2022: In update to the previous issuance on September 8, 2018; theDailyTrotter is individually held with a legally defined group of working graphics that includes: tdtCREATIVE, s’. The legal business founding of tdtCREATIVE in April 2017 was closed in March 2018, then reopened in Prescott, Arizona with a variety of business licenses that transitioned away from SSN to an EIN business for the private individually held research of theDailyTrotter and a variety of Design Copyrights. The founding of theDailyTrotter was initially in 2009, with 2010 and 2011 consulting with an Architecture office in Irvine/Newport Beach, California, prior to a dormant individual holding. The SFD Residential Interior Design and SFD Residential Architecture has a non-mandatory pause because of Federal Definitions being obscured; the primary focus of the individual work is Architectural Research as a LEED AP BD+C and Associate of the American Institute of Architects in good standing. In summation, theDailyTrotter is a Professional Service, under other Professional Services, primarily Architectural other Services. The office is stored with the exception of booked appointments at Class A office location worldwide and digital interface.
