Disqualified driver

A 28 year old female driver who was stopped by police in the early hours of Sunday morning and returned a positive result for alcohol, was also found to be a disqualified driver.

The Cobar woman was pulled over by police in Morrison Street at 12.35am on Sunday. Enquiries revealed she was disqualified from holding a driver’s licence until 2027.

The woman was arrested and taken to Cobar police station for the purpose of a breath analysis

She was later issued with a Court Attendance Notice to appear at Cobar Local Court later this month for driving while disqualified and driving with mid range PCA.
