Cliffs Realty Announces New Sales Center at The Cliffs at Mountain Park Office Opens as the Greenville-Area Community Reports Largest Sale in History and Debuts Much Anticipated Amenity from Acclaimed Architecture Firm TRAVELERS REST, S.C. - October 2025 – Cliffs Realty, the Official Brokerage of The Cliffs, is excited to announce the opening of a new 5,400 square foot sales center located at 135 Botanical Circle in the Village at Mountain Park, which The Cliffs acquired last year. This new location features 15 offices and two conference rooms, alongside two client meeting spaces, positioning Cliffs Realty at the heart of the Greenville-area community, making it even easier for members and prospective members to connect with their team. The new sales center arrives during an exciting time at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, with the community transacting its highest-priced home sale in its history in September alongside the arrival of its long-awaited Sports Pavilion. The Cliffs Realty sales center was renovated by Greenville-based general contractor, Trehel, who have also begun remodeling and expanding the community’s existing wellness center nearby. The Cliffs reported a strong start to 2025, with a 25% YOY increase in sales volume and a 22% YOY increase in closed transactions during the first half of the year. This momentum has continued and is reflected in the recent sale of 142 Cherokee Rose Trail at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, which sold for $4,275,000, the largest residential sale ever recorded in the community.
