Across the seven communities at The Cliffs, 55 properties were closed in the first quarter of 2023. This totals $57,713,650 in volume. Each community saw a similar number of sales as you can see below with the exception of Keowee Springs where The Cliffs is currently building two new amenities and accompanying those with developer land and built-for-sale releases (Clubhouse Village and Waterscape). These new amenities will be opening later this year with The Lake Club at The Landing opening this summer and the Keowee Springs Clubhouse opening this fall. Keowee Vineyards recently welcomed members back to the newly renovated Clubhouse showcasing updated interiors. Along with these new and updated buildings, we are happy to add to our offerings with some new mobile amenities, including The Cliffs Food Truck and the Magnificent Seven, our new party boat that will soon be seen all over Lake Keowee.

Along with the construction of new amenities, many homes are being constructed in all of our communities. There are currently 296 homes under construction: 6 in Glassy, 12 in Valley, 29 in Mountain Park, 62 in Keowee Falls, 94 in Keowee Springs, 13 in Keowee Vineyards, and 80 in Walnut Cove.
