All functions and party night accommodation are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received in full and a letter of confirmation issued by Celtic Manor. 2. Seating for Christmas Party Nights and our New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is on tables of 10 - 12 and we will endeavour to sit all groups together on adjacent tables, we cannot however accept individual table plans. Parties under 10 in number will be seated with other small parties to make up tables of 10. 3. The Celtic Manor Resort reserves the right to move Party Nights if minimum numbers are not reached. 4. Suitable standards of dress must be maintained. The Resort reserves the right to judge acceptable noise levels and guest behaviour. In the event of failure to comply with the standards set, management will either stop the event or ask the persons involved to leave without being liable for any refund or compensation. 5. All menus correct at time of print, but may be subject to change without notice. 6. Please indicate all dietary requests and food allergies at time of booking. 7. No wines, spirits or food may be brought into the Resort or the grounds for consumption on the premises. Christmas Party Night Payment Terms 1. A £10 deposit is required within 14 days of making a provisional booking, followed by a 50% deposit by 29th April and final balance by 16th August 2016. For bookings made from 16th August onwards, full payment will be required at time of booking. 2. For groups, one cheque is required, which should be made payable to The Celtic Manor Resort and have the banker’s card number and the name and address of the organiser/event on the reverse. 2. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services. Please note that in the event of snow or inclement weather conditions which prevent you from reaching the Resort, this policy still applies. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy. Christmas Day Lunch & New Year’s Eve Payment Terms 1. For Christmas Day lunch and New Year’s Eve bookings in all venues, full payment is required within 14 days of making a provisional booking. 2. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services. Please note that in the event of snow or inclement weather conditions which prevent you from reaching the Resort, this policy still applies. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy.

Christmas Party Night Bar Tokens 1. All bar tokens must be purchased a minimum of 7 days in advance for the specific date and venue required. Tokens may be purchased in multiples of 10 only. 2. Tokens are available to purchase online only at celtic-manor.com for 2016 party night dates in the Caernarfon Ballroom, Augusta, Beaumaris and Manor Suites and Raising the Rafters. 3. Once purchased, token are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products/services. 4. Tokens can be collected on the evening on production of your printed confirmation/payment receipt. Festive Season & New Year’s Eve Accommodation Bookings 1. All festive season and New Year’s Eve accommodation rates include full Welsh breakfast at your chosen hotel and complimentary use of the health club facilities. Prices are based on two adults sharing a twin/double room. Please note that supplements apply for family rooms. 2. Festive season package rates valid 19th December 2016 to 8th January 2017 (excluding New Year’s Eve) and are quoted per room, per night. 3. Full pre-payment will be required for all accommodation bookings which include the period 24th – 26th and 31st December within 14 days of making the provisional booking, along with individual guest names. Rooms are automatically released if either is not received. 4. All pre-payments are strictly non-refundable or transferable. Please note that in the event of snow or inclement weather conditions which prevent you from reaching the Resort, this policy still applies. Festive Dining Payment Terms 1. For all festive dining a non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with the remaining balance payable in full on the day. Please check individual pages for specific deposits, as amounts may vary. Festive Dining Escape Accommodation Bookings 1. For our Signature Gourmet Escape, Celtic Escape and Shopaholics Retreat packages, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. 2. All pre-payments are strictly non-refundable or transferable. Please note that in the event of snow or inclement weather conditions which prevent you from reaching the Resort, this policy still applies. Parking For Visitors & Hotel Residents 1. Please note that charges apply for all long stay parking (2.5 hours or more) in our underground car park at the Resort Hotel. Alternative complimentary parking is available in all outdoor car parks across the resort. 2. A valet parking service is available at the Resort Hotel Reception, please note that charges apply.


Hunter Lodges Accommodation Bookings 1. All Christmas and New Year stays at Hunter Lodges require a 10% non-refundable deposit upon booking, 50% non-refundable deposit by 30th June and final nonrefundable balance by 31st August 2016. 2. All Hunter Lodges accommodation bookings are on a room only basis. Prices are based on up to 8 adults sharing a four bedroom lodge. 3. All pre-payments are strictly non-refundable or transferable. Please note that in the event of snow or inclement weather conditions which prevent you from reaching the Resort, this policy still applies.
