around for nearly 120 years, it’s rare to see a product come along and revolutionize Harley-Davidson’s most popular motorcycles. But that is precisely what ShoreFire Design has accomplished for the Harley-Davidson touring motorcycle line-up. Based out of Raleigh, NC, ShoreFire Design, LLC specializes in Premium Saddlebag Lid Covers. Their philosophy is that the beauty of motorcycling is that each rider gets to make their bike their own! Company founder and owner, Joe “G” Guerriero, keeps this in mind when advising clients. He states, “We always take the position that our products should compliment your bike; not overpower it. The beauty of a motorcycle is in its lines… Its stance… Its paint… Its attitude. We don’t want to detract from any of that. We want to enhance it. What does your bike have to say? Is it a reflection of your personality, or does it have its own? They can say a lot without uttering a word! We believe our products can definitely help with selfexpression.” But ShoreFire is more than just about adding good looks. Joe G adds, “Function always preceded form. I was left scratching my head saying ‘What’s the point of making a lid cover if it not going to fit? They’re putting out products that cause more harm than they prevent!’ We saw an opportunity to correct this.” ShoreFire Premium Saddlebag Lid Covers are the ONLY lid covers on the market that are fully padded, fully fleece-lined, and feature 100% marinegrade vinyl construction. “It’s the best material for the application”, Joe G notes. “We’ve had riders with covers out there for 7-8 years comment that they look just as good now as the day they first installed them. They require little maintenance. Just wipe them down with a damp cloth occasionally. They will never fade, peel, split, or crack on you. We’re proud of the product we produce.” And they are produced right here in the Tar Heel state! On their relocation to Raleigh, Joe G says, “North Carolina has been fantastic! Not just for business, but for my family as well.” ShoreFire was founded in the basement of his New
