The Wheel of Values In each of the 8 sections, write one of your values and mark the number you feel you are at right now. 1 (inside) being not happy and 5 (outside) being that you couldn’t be happier. Once you’ve circled the numbers, join the dots (and maybe colour it in). In an ideal world you’ll be balanced in your responses.
