The 2021 Woo Hoo Awards didn’t disappoint! Held in the fabulous Fowden Hall at Rothamsted Conference Centre on 2nd December, businesses of all sizes and stages came together to celebrate incredible achievements throughout a very tough year!
The Woo Hoo Awards are all about recognising all different achievements from start ups to large corporates - and what makes them unique is that there is no judging and no “popularity contest” - it’s purely down to being nominated by a fellow peer! Our headline sponsors, Willmott Dixon, kicked off the event with their opening speech by Ross Taylor, who shared the Values and Visions of the business including preserving the environment, committment to ongoing waste reduction, reducing their carbon footprint, procuring resources on a sustainable basis and awareness and adoption of best practice. Our host, David Jenkins of Brilliant Theatre Arts, was, of course, a “brilliant” compere for the evening - bringing the fun element to the awards event.
