PURCHASING TICKETS Pre-sale & Regular Sale •

The first round of tickets are released a few days before the general release date for American Express credit card holders. Tickets will be slightly less than when they go on regular sale

General release tickets go fast! Meaning they sell out within an hour for general admission leaving only Rose Garden level tickets left which are significantly

General Admission & Rose Garden •

General Admission Tickets include round trip ferry transportation to and from VC Polo Classic from designated port stops and entrance to the event. Access to tents to purchase merchandise, champagne bars, and food trucks. First-come, first-served lawn seating for the polo match. Ticket ranges from $90-$120

VIP Tickets include early access ferry transportation to and from VC Polo classic from designated port stop, priority entrance to the event and exclusive rose garden with additional Veuve activations, one bottle of champagne, boxed lunch, private merchandise tents and champagne bar, and VIP seating. Ticket Ranges from $375-$450

Attire This is the perfect event to pull out all of the colors, patterns, and designs that your heart desires. The men are some of the best dressed individuals at this event in the various shades of tailored suits and low brim hats. It is a dress to impress event so put your best foot forward. Word to the wise: the walk to and from the ferry is 20 min or so and you are on the grass the majority of the day so wear comfortable shoes! Or if you have to hit them angles in heels, pack a comfortable heels. Also because you are outside all day, be mindful of the hot sun mixed with flowing champagne.

PREPARING FOR VCP What to Bring •

Picnic Basket or food tote. Traditional coolers are not allowed in. If you purchase a deluxe style, leave the plates and cups behind. If you are staying in a hotel/air bnb ask if you can get your non food items delivered there on your day of arrival. •

If you want to avoid the long lines or the expense of visiting the food trucks, you may purchase food to bring with you. It must be prepackaged/sealed. Go to the local grocery store and purchase suggested items such as: •

sandwiches,

fruit bowls

veggie trays

Hummus

Cheese and sliced meats,

Crackers are an easy choice. You are allowed sealed bottle water. No alcohol can be brought inside the event.


DAY OF VCP Catching the Ferry to/from • • • • • •

Upon arrival to your designated ferry spot that you chose when purchasing the ticket, you will see signs leading to the walkways and lines. You will be asked to have your bags looked through for any food/water that isn’t pre-packaged or sealed as well as two ID and ticket checks. Depending on when you catch the ferry, you may wait as long as five minutes or as long as forty. If you are interested in getting the best first-come, first-serve seating and taking pictures without lines then the earlier the better. Check-in starts at 10 am with the first departure at 10:30 There is a twenty-minute walk after getting off the ferry to the entrance of the festival. There are carts for $10 -$20 per person to take you to and from the entrance. The ferries are running continuously back and forth to the ports; there is no designated schedule for departure.

Purchasing Champagne • • •

There is a one bottle and two single glass per person maximum. When purchasing a bottle or glass, you are asked to give over a white tab from the wristband you are given at the door. Bottles range from $105-$275 for Veuve; $25 for a single champagne cocktail.

Purchasing Merchandise •

Be ready to spend the coins! Here are the average price of some items that are for sale. Prices/ availability changes yearly • Fans…$15 • Umbrella…$40 • Hats….$30+

Photo Opps • • •

There are several activations to get your fits off and hit those angles ranging from decorated walls to full out mounds of flowers and 3-D signs. The Rose Garden has its own of experiential photo drops. Lines for photos can be up to an hour wait time. If you want to get a lot of photos, the earlier you get their the better. Closer the time of the polo match, they start rushing people and giving one-minute times for photos.
