editor’s note A recurring theme throughout our conversations, turning up in our books, and social media, is gratefulness. To be actively grateful is to take stock of your blessings. Personally, one of my greatest blessings is what I do for a living. Writing about weddings and creating styled shoots for all of you to be inspired and find the very best of the wedding industry on the Sunshine Coast to help you execute your dreams.

This edition is quite the dream come true when it comes to bridal inspiration. Our two photo shoots took place at two of my favourite and completely contrasting local wedding spots – Moffat Beach, breathtaking in its natural simplicity, and venue Weddings at Tiffany’s designed with clean, classic luxury, capable of being transformed into anything you desire. Even Paris, as we, along with some local wedding heavyweights, actualised. I hope you enjoy this edition. Be sure to tell us what you want to see more of on The Bride’s Tree, and you can win a unique rose quartz ring. Rose quartz is Pantone’s colour of the year, making this a very coveted piece indeed. Good luck, lovely brides! Much love,

Sally xo

Tahlia’s hazel eyes are defined with a classic winged liner, romantically finished with a deep dusty pink lip. Her hair cascades in voluminous waves, adorned with fresh flowers.

Tahlia wears Ibarra by Enzoani, a stunning sheath of mesh chiffon and corded lace in ivory, featuring a scooped neckline with scallop trim.

Jake wears a debonair charcoal suit with formal bow tie.

Maleny wedding venue, Weddings at Tiffany’s, may derive its name from the classic movie set in New York, however the chapel, dining hall and grounds were transformed into a luxe Parisian-inspired style for this Sunshine Coast hinterland wedding inspiration shoot.

Tiffany’s window-lined chapel overlooking the Glass House Mountans is an idyllic setting for sharing vows. Celebrant Bill Scurry officiates meaningful, heartfelt and enjoyable ceremonies with much love and laughter.

Unstructured bouquet and impressive statement arrangements of Marsala Dahlias and buds, honeymoon tea roses, and blush David Austin roses with accents of Queen Anne’s Lace, Autumn leaves and wattle foliage throughout.

The dÊcor complements the romantic setting of the Weddings at Tiffany’s dining hall with its clean white walls, timber flooring, chandeliers and windows for days with beautiful hinterland views.

A long family-style reception table of natural timber with contemporary grey runner, teamed with oak East Hampton chairs. Romance and luxury is laid out in the form of crystal glassware, glass candle votives, copper cutlery and generous floral arrangements.

Drinks on the chill sofa area in the courtyard with the prettiest of photo booths to pass the time in a relaxed setting. The wedding colour palette is observed with the rose gold elements and grey linen offsetting the floral arrangements.

Deliciously satisfying and a piece of art in itself, the grazing table brings colour and festivity to the post-ceremony alfresco mingle area in the courtyard. Enjoyed under strung festoon lighting making the dessert selection of delicious cherry, strawberry and pecan pies all the more delectable.
